Are YOU Fit for Purpose?

There are some great schemes available to help business owners and their employees, it’s just a question of finding them…  Here is a great one, that every small business owner, in Bradford, should know about:

The DWP are fully funding a new project to improve the health and well being  of small business employees.

Aimed at improving the health and well being, it provides a free business and a personal health check with free access to a range of initiatives.  This includes health & nutritional advice, exercise classes and professional stress management solutions.  There is a great time table of events in Bradford, which are all free, including; Aromatherapy workshop, boxercise, tai chi & Yogalates.

The principle is based on raising awareness of the effects upon the employer of employee well being.  The fitter and healthier an employee is, both mentally and physically, then the more likely they are to be more motivated, perform better and have lower absence levels.

In conjunction with this scheme, Joanne Vose is also offering a free tool to measure the cost of absence in your organisation which may also be applicable for funding.  Call her today on 07980 992 406 to discuss further or for a free consultation!
