HR Connexions' 10 Step Recruitment Process
All you need to know about how we recruit
- We advertise all our vacancies on a wide selection internet job board sites (probably where you heard about us)
- Once we receive your application an automated response is sent to you with your unique log in and password. This allows you to make changes to your personal details and application form / Cover letter etc
- If there is any essential information missing, we will contact you by email and advise you that your application is not complete
- HR Connexions will email you at every stage of the recruitment process to advise you of your status and anything you need to do to help your application
- Although all employers are have direct access to your application, HR Connexions also operates a primary screening service for the employer and will screen your application against the specific vacancy criteria. This can only be based on the information you have provided which includes your CV, Application Form and Cover Letter. - You will be advised if you have reached the primary shortlist around the closing date of the advert. Your application will then be forward to the hiring company (this will include your personal details)
- HR Connexions does not interview applicants! If you are successful for interview, you will be contacted by email or phone to arrange a suitable time
- If you are unsuccessful for short list or interview, then HR Connexions will advise you by email after the closing date on the advert
- We only select candidates relevant to specific and genuine vacancies, your details will be kept on our database for 6 months. You will be notified by email at 6 months that your details are going to be removed, if you wish to keep your details on our system, please follow the instructions to log in

- Keep your log in details safe; you can access your details at any time to apply for more jobs and tailor your applications
- Check your “Spam” filters to allow emails from administrator@web-cruit.com; We will always email you of any change to your status, occassionally these emails can go into spam
