• advertise your vacancy on line within 1 hour of receiving your approval of the final advert

• check your advert within 1 hour of it appearing on-line. We check all on line job boards to ensure your advert is live and correctly formatted, editing where necessary

• email you selected links for you to view the finished advert, if you wish

• provide you with your own system access within 24 hours of your advert appearing on line, so you can view your applicants in greater detail

• contact you when your advert has been live for 72 hours to discuss its performance. If applicable, we will suggest ways to help you attract more of the right applicants

• regularly review the performance of your advert, to ensure we are attracting enough quality applicants

• arrange interviews for you, if you wish. We can contact applicants, arrange suitable times, send confirmations and communicate the outcome to them once the process is complete

• help you to determine the suitability of specialist job boards, where appropriate and advise you on the additional cost

• ask for your honest feedback at the end of your campaign. This is vital for us to ensure we continue to improve in our quest to find the perfect applicant for your business
