HR Connexions can provide comprehensive psychometric profiling reports that enable you to gain an insight into your applicant’s behaviours, preferences and approaches to varying situations in their work and personal life as part of our service.

The report is easy to read and interpret and breaks down each behavioural characteristic within an applicant’s personality profile to enable you to match their behaviours to your own company attitudes and behavioural framework.

There is also a Management and Leadership profiling report, which is a very useful tool to enable you to examine an applicant’s management and leadership style, people management style and business management focus and skills. Additionally the Management and Leadership reports are an effective tool to be used when promoting existing employees within the business into a managerial position to analyse their behaviours and management style.

All of these tests are completed online by the applicant and it takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Once the profile has been completed an electronic report is generated and attached to the applicant’s record in our HRC Live System. The applicant also receives a copy of the report that summarises the contents so that they have a record of it. We are then available should you require any further assistance in interpreting the reports.
